The Woodlands Pole Vault Clinic

WHO:  For beginner, intermediate, and advanced pole vaulters of all ages, men or women, boys or girls. Clinic is led by Lone Star Pole Vaulting Head Coach Kris Allison.

WHERE: The Woodlands High School   6101 Research Forest Drive   The Woodlands, TX 77381-6028  

WHEN: Saturday, December 3rd, 2011. 9am-1pm.  Arrive between 8:30-9:00 and do general warm-up independently before 9am so we can use every minute possible to work on technique-specific training. 

COST: $40  May pay in advance online via PayPal for $1.60 fee or CASH-ONLY at check-in at the clinic.

DISCOUNTS: Former participants receive $10 off for each newcomer they refer to the clinic. (Newcomers must mention who they referred by during online registration).

COACHES and PARENTS: Attend for free and are encouraged to come out and ask questions!  Please feel free to take video or photos of your athlete for review.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE: Please arrive at the Woodlands High School no sooner than 8:30am, and begin warming up on your own after checking-in.  Please have cash payments and signed waivers (newcomers only) ready. Pepeat customers who submitted a waiver at the first clinic do not need to submit another one.  Vaulters under Age 18 will need to have a parent or legal guardian sign a waiver of liability to be eligible to participate.  The clinic will end at 1pm so please have transportation available at that time.

WHAT TO BRING: Water bottles, folding chair, notebook & pen, tennis shoes.  Spikes are optional as are poles.  Vaulters, we encourage you to bring your own poles however poles to fit all sizes will be provided.
